Privacy policy
Short version: I collect only what you write in the contact form, I use it to reply to you, and I sell it to no one.

Through the contact form:

Technically, your IP address is used temporarily to rate-limit submissions, and by Google reCAPTCHA for bot detection. No browsing profile is built.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to process and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is your consent, given by voluntarily submitting the form, plus the legitimate interest in protecting the service from spam.
Recipients
Your data is emailed to Benjamin Ferreol only. It is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes. Two technical processors are involved:
- Google reCAPTCHA — form spam protection, loaded only when you interact with the form. Google privacy policy.
- IONOS SARL (7 place de la Gare, 57200 Sarreguemines, France) — website hosting and email delivery, within the European Union.
Retention
Nothing is stored on the server: the form sends an email, that's it. Your message lands in my inbox and lives there like any email you would have written directly. No database, no files, no exports.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. To exercise them, write to [email protected]. You will receive a reply within one month.
If a disagreement persists, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
Cookies
This site uses no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers, so no consent banner is required. Only Google reCAPTCHA, loaded on demand on the contact form, may set cookies strictly necessary for bot detection.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. Form submissions are encrypted in transit.
